Nova Scotia returned to Germany and Switzerland this June. From 12-28 June, Alain Bossé, internationally known as “The Kilted Chef”, visited Mainz, Germany, and Lachen, Switzerland, where he introduced travel advisors, tour operators, and media representatives to the rich culinary traditions of Canada’s Atlantic province.

Together with The Kilted Chef, Tourism Nova Scotia hosted exclusive culinary events for industry partners. Guests enjoyed a selection of Nova Scotian specialties, heard inspiring stories about the province, and shared a three-course lobster dinner showcasing the region’s renowned seafood. The event in Switzerland was additionally supported by Edelweiss and Air Canada.
