The event will have approximately 15-20 partners – destinations as well as DMCs, hotels and/or other tourism related brands. We want to provide the content creators with a great variety of topics and fresh destinations.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.
Yes it is. The fee for an additional person is 115 EUR. Please note that any additional company reps need to be approved and fill out a new registration form in case you want to join with more than two people.
It is of course possible to share a table if the combination makes sense.
Your logo in .eps format, a short introduction about your destination/product and a few nice pictures in high resolution please. We will send you an email after your registration and will tell you exactly what
we need.
From the ITB, simply use the North Entrance, cross the street, and keep to the left. You will then be in front of the rbb broadcasting centre. The entrance to the lift is behind the red shipping container.
The address is: Studio 14 – Die rbb Dachlounge, Masurenallee 20, Berlin.
By underground from the city centre: U2 to Theodor-Heuss-Platz.
If possible, we will meet at the rbb Dachlounge at 17:30 for set-up and briefing. The briefing will start at 18:00, the event will then begin at 18:30.
The choice is yours, from business cards to brochures and give-aways to presentations on laptop/iPad, anything goes. We will also find a place for roll ups. The most important thing: ideas for possible collaborations!
15:00: I will be at the location to set up the event.
17:30: Please come up to the roof lounge to prepare your table.
18:00: Short briefing and round of introductions before the bloggers arrive (and some of them are over-punctual, also because the fair is right across the street!). Then we also distribute the printed influencer booklets.
18:30: Start of the event. The visitors get their name badges. Then they can go directly to your tables, there are no official speeches or presentations. Please note: There will certainly be many influencers who want to talk to you, and time is limited. Please only briefly introduce yourself and discuss ideas, each conversation should not last more than a few minutes to avoid queues. Also, please always keep the matches in mind, it would be a shame to miss these talks!
21:00: End of the event
What could be better than slipping into comfortable shoes after a day at the fair? So, feel free to wear your sneakers. As always, we expect the bloggers to be very casual and want to ensure a relaxed atmosphere.

No. As this event is supposed to be a casual networking there won’t be any presentations or speeches. You can of course prepare a short presentation about your product/destination that you can show at your table.
Post & Toast is a very casual event. Each partner will have their own table with a dedicated logo sign. Presentations at the tables are welcome, but you can also just talk. The participants can freely walk from table to table which guarantees excellent networking opportunities. Meetings should be short and sweet and seen as an introduction rather than a appointment to discuss complete cooperations. TMR staff will be available for assistance at all times.
Each participating blogger will choose three partners he is most interested in. As soon as the registration is over, we will send you the list of bloggers and their details in a PDF version of our printed “Influencer
Booklet”. You then get to choose all those bloggers you would be most interested in meeting. When both sides were interested, it’s a match.
We will send each of you an email before the event with your matches. The matches will be announced on everyone’s name tags and we will also let the bloggers know which partners wanted to meet them, even if it’s not a match.
Important note: You can – and should – of course also meet bloggers you don’t have a match with!
You will receive a printed influencer booklet with important information about the participating content creators. The booklet will be sent to you in PDF format ahead of the event so that you can get prepared.
Please note that the figures in the booklet are confidential and should be treated as such.
There will be water, soft drinks, wine, prosecco, beer, and a welcome drink at our event. We also provide a flying finger food buffet, including vegan alternatives.
Yes, it is possible. We are always happy to find a sponsor for the Welcome Drink. It’s a great way to feature your destination if it’s a local drink.
We have heard from participants from previous years who never received a response from some partners after the event. Understandably, they were very disappointed that their emails about plans, which had sounded quite concrete during Post & Toast, were simply ignored. Please remember to follow up after the event – even if you must cancel on someone. Please don’t make any false promises and be as honest as possible when it comes to potential collaborations. Please also avoid sending mass emails to all bloggers who were there. Thank you very much.
